Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Nurse to join this busy team. Benson ward is predominately an Orthogeriatric Ward but does adapt depending on organisational need.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to fully interact with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills within the clinical environment to ensure effective running of the shift 24 hours per day.
Support the Ward Matron and act in her absence.
Support and help to develop the team and act as mentor for new staff, junior staff and student nurses.
