We carefully select our Staff not only by qualification, but also by aptitude for the job. We look for a high calibre qualified Nursery Nurse/ Montessori Classroom Assistant who is sensitive, kind, compassionate, and who has a genuine enthusiasm and love for children.
Job Title: Qualified Nursery Nurse
Location: Central London (Barbican/Clerkenwell)
Wage: £11.05 per hour (first private nursery accredited by the London Living Wage). To increase to £12.45 ph (£27,060 per year) for Level 2 and £13.50 (29,350 per year) for Level 3 on 1st March.
This is a full time (4 days/week, 10 hours/ day), permanent role, all year round.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A full and relevant Early Years Qualification - Essential
- Experience working with children under 5 - Essential
- Fluent English - Essential
- Prepared to complete a DBS check and provide written references
- Commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
- Willingness to work within company procedures and to meet required standards for the role
- A flexible approach
- Be creative and have the ability to implement daily activities with the children
- Support diversity, equality and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work in partnership with other staff members
- Be naturally warm and respectful towards children & their needs
