Job description

We are looking to recruit a qualified nursery practitioner to join our friendly team at Great Houghton (level 2 or above).

We offer different shift patterns between the hours of 8am to 6pm. The successful candidate will be working alongside qualified members of staff in a friendly setting. To apply you do not need to have a childcare qualification as training will be provided.

Experience & Skills Required

• Willingness to train and gain a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Engage in and extend children’s learning
• Plan activities
• Good communication skills
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate records
• Ability to use own initiative, share ideas and be innovative
• Be passionate about working with early years
