We are looking for an experienced administrator to work at our Nursing Home based in Rossendale.
To provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Management and staff. To support the Management team to develop processes and systems to support and take forward the business. To promote good relations and a professional image.
POST SUMMARY
- Good communication skills are essential due to the extensive external and internal liaison required.
- The post holder must be able to work without direct supervision and exercise their initiative. Organisational flair and attention to detail are essential, together with computer skills..
- To identify routine and unexpected tasks and prioritise to meet organisational requirements.
- Much of the work is of an extremely sensitive and confidential nature and this must be respected.
OTHER INFORMATION
Monday - Friday (working on a rolling rota alongside the current administrator)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
