Please refer to full job description. Accountable to Senior School Nurse, Clinical Team Lead and Head of Specialist Community Children's Service Surrey. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the provision of health care for children and young people, aged 2-19 years, with severe/profound and multiple learning and physical difficulties. This will be achieved by providing expert training, advice and support to the school staff and other people involved in their care.
