Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care during the night? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client's reputable healthcare facility in Coleraine is seeking a dedicated Night Nurse to join their team.
Responsibilities: As a Night Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing skilled and compassionate nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of patients' health status and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients during the night.
- Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC Pin.
- Previous experience as a Night Nurse or in a similar night shift nursing role.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide top-quality patient care.
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently and make critical decisions during night hours.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.
