Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?
Are you seeking additional hours and the flexibility to choose your shifts?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to work 1:1 with children and young people with their complex care needs.
You will be supporting our Service Users within their own homes and are required to be flexible to cover shifts at short notice and planned holiday leave.
The role of Bank Nurse is varied and exciting and will provide you the opportunity to support our service users who have life limiting conditions, whilst allowing you to develop your skills and experience new challenges.
There are also opportunities to assist our service users transition home from hospitalisation.
Ideally you will be a Registered Children's and Young Peoples nurse or will be able to demonstrate experience in working with Children and Young People and have experience in the following clinical tasks;
- Ventilation Care
- Tracheostomy Care
- Gastrostomy (PEG) Care
- Oral Suctioning
- Oxygen Administration
- Nebuliser
- Cough Assist
Various shifts available covering:
- Nights
- Weekends
Essential Experience Required:
- Practising Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin
- Valid DBS (or be willing to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable Experience:
- Full Driving Licence & Access to a vehicle
