The Role
This role can be based anywhere in the UK
In this new role you will collaborate and work closely with the Europe and Global Functions P&C Business Partners in pursuit of our ambitious business strategy and transformation plans and specifically implement and manage aligned TA plans to deliver business objectives.
Reporting to the Global Head of TA Delivery you will manage a hybrid team of Imperial and RPO Recruiters to ensure that we attract and hire diverse talent with critical skills and experience and at the right time, right cost and in the right location to enable and accelerate delivery of business performance. You will also coach, challenge and influence hiring managers and performance coach the TA team to ensure that we deliver high levels of candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing Resourcing Plans and delivery for the Global TA COE, ensuring active partnership and delivery of effective service against SLAs and KPIs
- Advocates for and effectively activates our Employer Brand to attract, motivate and retain the diverse talent and critical skills required
- Champions the proactive delivery of our TA DE&I plans to ensure that we attract and develop diverse talent
- Manages and performance coaches the TA team, proactively addressing any issues/concerns and ensuring that SLAs are being met and ultimately that a seamless recruitment service is offered across the Region as one TA team
- Mediates between global and local needs to ensure global consistency and local relevance
- Ensures that Regional TA strategies are aligned by maintaining communication with Regional counterparts and reporting into the Global Head of TA Delivery
- Supports recruiting with hands on end to end delivery, as required
- Liaises directly with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to ensure high levels of hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience
- Proactively manages a dashboard of key TA metrics, such as vacancy volumes, time to fill, source of hire and cost per hire, to ensure both efficient and effective recruitment and to identify and implement actionable insights to drive continuous improvements in TA systems and processes
- Actively leads the Regional TA team towards achievement of KPIs, leading any system or process improvements and leading any required upskilling of the Team
- Leads and actively contributes to evaluations, pilots and implementations of leading-edge recruiting tools such as ATS, AI sourcing and Textio to ensure continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Significant in-house corporate recruiting experience, leading remote teams of Recruiters
- Success managing remote Recruiting Teams and through performance coaching and capability management
- Experience developing new ways of working in Recruitment bringing new external practices
- Experience reducing cost out of the Talent Acquisition process
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills to develop a high performing TA team
