Your challenge
As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will be passionate about growing and developing your team, as well engagement and ongoing coaching, and deliver sales growth and profitability of the business. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and upbeat. Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience on people management, coaching, leading change, developing and executing sales strategies.

Your responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager – South UK will include:
- Lead and develop your team, coach and grow their competencies and behaviours to help meet their career aspirations.
- Support and coach Account Managers with day-to-day sales and commercial activity, evaluating and leading individual performance to achieving personal and company targets
- Define regional sales strategy and preparing progress, funnel and forecast reports
- Report on regional sales in line with business requirements and provide forecasts on anticipated activity
- Remain abreast of innovative and creative sales practices to maximise sales
Your experience/skills will include:
- Excellent people leadership skills and an inclusive leadership style, who coaches, mentors and fosters engagement
- Proven success in driving sales growth and excellent management of customer relations
- Skilled in identifying systemic business issues and problem solving
- Ability to successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities, unforeseen challenges whilst balancing risk
- Able to develop and drive accountability within the team around Daily Management and monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC would be advantageous)
