An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their welcoming team. As a Business Analyst you will analyse business and user requirements and input in to technical outcomes.
The Business Analyst Role:
To be responsible for a variety of data gathering activities including workshops/focus groups to identify business/user requirements.
To utilise epics, features, user stories and defined acceptance criteria to identify business/user requirements and provide effective solutions
To liaise effectively with stakeholders in order to notify of progress and requirements to business/user needs
To ensure that technical aspects are made clear to colleagues across the business to effectively input solutions to requirements
To ensure best ways of working by following business processes and standards
To give effective advice and guidance to the Product Owner by suggesting the best solutions to issues hindering business/user requirements
What the Business Analyst will Need:
- Good experience with epics, user stories & acceptance criteria
- Good experience with NFR catalogues or similar
- Good experience of software development lifecycleAgile/Scrum experience
- Requirements definition/management for mobile apps experience
- Previous experience in a Product Owner role
