The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and continuously improving the Benugo coffee brand, developing new products ideas and leading the barista team.
The Head of Coffee Role:
- To work with our roastery and operations team to continually improve coffee quality
- Actively working towards improving all aspects of Benugo coffee brand, from barista training to recipe development
- Support all aspects of coffee skills development, using well planned training sessions and operational audit results
- Feedback into the business and processes to ensure Benugo is constantly developing and staying ahead of the rest
What we’re looking for in you:
- Experience as an established Barista able to train and develop others
- Have prior coffee industry knowledge and an established network.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
- Good creative skills
