Job Description


A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate coffee professional who’s looking for their next challenge and wants to be part of a fun and hardworking team, with the ability to drive the Benugo coffee program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and continuously improving the Benugo coffee brand, developing new products ideas and leading the barista team.

The Head of Coffee Role:

  • To work with our roastery and operations team to continually improve coffee quality
  • Actively working towards improving all aspects of Benugo coffee brand, from barista training to recipe development
  • Support all aspects of coffee skills development, using well planned training sessions and operational audit results
  • Feedback into the business and processes to ensure Benugo is constantly developing and staying ahead of the rest


Qualifications


What we’re looking for in you:

  • Experience as an established Barista able to train and develop others
  • Have prior coffee industry knowledge and an established network.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
  • Good creative skills
