Regional Sales Manager
South West & Wales
£65k + Car + Bonus (£85k OTE)
We are looking for an experienced RSM to manage the complete revenue from all customers within the region, leading and motivating a team of Area Sales Manager to develop and grow the revenue from current accounts, and work with the team to identify new targets and execute the plan to win them.
This is not a role that sits behind the desk, its hands on out with the team delivering coaching at the elbow and winning business, out on sites and in meetings with all customers within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales and hire revenues for your customer accounts in your region
- Take responsibility for follow up, negotiating and closing of all quotes
- Ensuring the team are using company CRM 100% of the time
- Building the brand awareness at project level throughout the area
- Take the lead on effective Account Management – proactive, regular and consistent contact.
- Drive the team to always have a value add conversation and reason to call/visit.
- Sign off all pricing agreements and manage discount levels within region
- Set and review all targets with the team, regular 121 and team catch ups
