We now have an exciting opportunity for regional sales manager (mice) to join our Sales Department.
As a regional sales manager (mice), you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the hotel across MICE segments within the local area, UK and Internationally with the support of Group Sales & Business Development Director. This role will predominantly focus on the MICE Segment with a key focus on Agency partners and Associations. The role is Park Regis Birmingham focused but will be required to support the wider group. This may be change due to business demands.- Development current existing agency partners and maximise business potential through continuous engagement and account development
- Achieve the total MICE room segmentation in the hotel budget
- Participate in strategy and budget planning, whilst always looking for new opportunities for growth and tracking key account metrics
- Support with creation of the annual sales plan and MICE engagement strategy
