Who are you?
You’re a proven SaaS sales leader, having worked in high-growth companies at startup, scale-up and hyper-growth stages. You thrive on empowering your teams to win Enterprise logos, and you love it. You’ll be reporting to the SVP Revenue and will be focused on EMEA-wide sales. You are confident in your ability but you want to feel satisfied and recognised in your role and aspire to work in an awesome company that really values you, invests in you, listens to you and pays you handsomely for your efforts.
You’re not the average sales leader. You follow a proven methodology, adhere to company policies and values, add to the top and bottom line and love being part of a team. You execute flawlessly.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams, selling complex disruptive SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers ($3bn+).
Demonstrative track record of success, leading teams that construct and sell software and services deals that start at six figures, regularly hitting mid-six-figures, predominantly platform licence, with multi-year terms.
Domain knowledge in selling AI/ML solutions, OR experience selling complex products to highly technical stakeholders e.g., CTO/CDO/CIO
You can enforce adoption of solid sales methodologies and processes (MEDDIC), to the point that they have become innate.
A PG mindset. Pipeline generation is everything, but you know that already. You’ll have sales enablement, BDR resource, and all the tools you could wish for. It’s you that makes the difference though, so we expect you to be a PG stalwart.
You are disciplined in your processes, stage-gating your actions. You are meticulous in recording all of this in the CRM.
You collaborate, knowing whom to bring in at the right time, ensuring seamless communication at all times. Efficiency drives effectiveness.
You are curious, courageous, collaborative, capable, committed and creative.

Compensation Range: £140K - £170K
