We are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee our team in the North region, from North Birmingham up to Manchester/Liverpool/Blackpool areas. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our teams in delivering an excellent food operation, meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Ensuring costs are controlled whilst providing a consistent level of service quality and delivery
- Ensuring our food offerering is of the highest standard and in line with the current high street trends
- You will manage and support the development, progress, and performance of all line reporting managers
- Supporting the business through the completion of projects as required.
- Managing and assisting in the mobilisation of new business wins
- Assisting in the delivery of sales and retention presentations to both existing clients and potential new clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures and standards
As an exceptional people manager, you have proven operational experience in managing large teams in multi-site operations with the confidence and communication skills to manage HR or performance related issues. You are financially savvy, having managed and compiled budgets previously. Being passionate about food, you keep up to date with food trends and industry standards with a real understanding of what good service looks like.
You’re highly motivated and able to motivate those around you. You have a proven ability to succeed, helped by your keen eye for detail over all aspects of your role.

Package Description- 40 hours per week
- 52 week contract
- Competitive salary of between £60,000 to £65,000
- Annual bonus scheme dependent on performance
- September 2023 start
- Based looking after schools from North Birmingham, up to Manchester/Liverpool/Blackpool areas.
