Regional Operations Manager (Automotive Market)

Basic: £37,000 with OTE of £85,000+

My client is the industry leader in the automotive market and is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic manager to join the team. Following great success in the market, they are looking to open new branches all over the UK.

The Right Person:

The Regional Operations Manager role is integral to the success of our Business. Fundamentally this starts with Creating the right culture within your team. Having genuine care and passion for the happiness, well-being, and engagement of your team.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility and accountability for the effective running and performance of your Region, Sites, and People.

The Objective is simple. Create a Region that delivers on key business goals that have a team of engaged colleagues who are proud to work. You will complete regular site visits in order to support your team and maintain high branch standards across your Region. Communicating effectively with other support functions to ensure the needs of your Sites and colleague are met. The journey that you chose to take your team on in order to achieve the Objective is over to you.

Requirements:
