Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and passionate Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team who will be responsible for building a number of strong partner relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will think on their feet and fearlessly solve problems whilst advocating the CogX brand as well as being the voice of your partners to all internal teams.
This role will be instrumental in providing a world class client service and magical customer experience ensuring our partners continue their relationship with CogX for future years.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Role Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new partners.
- Managing and cultivating multiple partner relationships, including understanding your partner needs, managing and tracking their deliverables, and delivering after-sales support.
- Leading multi-faceted sponsorship program delivery for our biggest partners.
- Tracking customer success metrics and reacting to results accordingly.
- Supporting excellence in our customer success function, including executing against good processes, documentation, and recommending improvements and best practices
- Driving improvements across the company (including tech and product) based upon customer feedback, as well as your own innovative ideas.
- While this is not a sales role, given your proximity to your partners, you will be involved in identifying potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities that help us deliver even more value over time.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or other customer-facing roles. A customer-focused mindset, making sure the customer achieves their desired outcome first with every action you take.
- Exceptional account management and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills. You are a clear, confident, and compelling communicator — in writing, in conversation and in front of an audience.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing startup environment, and can organise and prioritise your work independently.
- A natural problem solver who is able to dissect an issue and develop a plan to address this.
- Team player with proactive and positive influence on your colleagues.
