Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure that customer service representatives provide exceptional service to customers
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyse customer service metrics and provide regular reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

This is a full-time position, specifically based in Manchester.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,044.14-£27,771.33 per year
