Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure that customer service representatives provide exceptional service to customers
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse customer service metrics and provide regular reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Salary: £25,044.14-£27,771.33 per year
