Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Garstang, Lancashire - £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and experienced in Business Development to join one of our fantastic partners, Workforce Recruitment

You could be a recruiter already and just want to concentrate on the client side, or you could be in telesales, having experience of outbound sales (B2B)
You will be following up leads to generate sales, develop and implement successful business development strategies that will expand our existing customer base.
Workforce have a strong client base already in various sectors, and they do fantastic work with ex - military personnel
In this role, we are looking for:
· Someone to execute business development strategies.
· Create engaging content across social media platforms.
· Build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Identifying new opportunities for growth.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· The ability to organise and plan your day.
