Operations Manager - Competitive Salary + Car Allowance

We operate over 400 care homes and 20 rehabilitation centres across the country and we provide specialist care and support to people at home and in the wider community…and we’re growing every day!
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead and develop this portfolio of services and provide professional expertise to your team of Managers.
Commercially focused and able to offer guidance and advice, you should be committed to quality assurance and to developing and expanding Voyage services in the area. A clear understanding of the learning disability sector is required along with experience of liaising with local authorities and an extensive working knowledge of relevant care standards/legislation. You will be motivated with the ability to maintain close links with professionals and possess well developed financial and people management skills. Furthermore, you will have sound business acumen, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage change.
Role Specific Requirements
You will be experienced in a similar role, well organised and confident in your own abilities. A professional qualification is desirable. You will already possess your Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification. Above all, you should be as approachable, as reliable and as dedicated as we are.
You will have experience of working with adults in a Social Care or Health Care setting, people with multiple disabilities and complex needs and have a person centred approach together with the concept of ‘Valuing People’
