We are hiring multiple positions across the UK- North, Midlands & South regions.

Role: Regional Manager

Reporting to: Regional Director

Place of Work: Field Based/Remote

Salary:£40,000 - £50,000

Role Purpose

To lead a Region of circa 25 kiosks to deliver exceptional standards against our key business metrics consisting of People, Customer, Sales and Profit. The RM will ensure the effective development and implementation of the Regional strategic business plan, supporting the Company vision and purpose through effective execution of the Snowfox Retail Operating Model. The region will comprise of a blend of corporately owned and franchised sites, and you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of both.

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities

· Through their leadership, creates a culture that’s forward looking, planned and pragmatic and enables direct reports and team members to thrive and support the delivery of our Retail Operating Model

· Build and nurture a Regional culture that ensures team members are motivated, listened to and engaged

· Full accountability for the recruitment and retention of the very best talent in our corporately owned sites

· Accountable for the skills training and development plans of our KM population, and ensure the KS/TMs receive thorough training as our future KMs

· Creates personal development objectives that provide stretch and challenge and acts as a coach to their team

· Development of robust Regional Talent and People Plan to support succession into the wider Regional and Company plans, with support from People Partner

· Acts as a role model to their team and the broader business

· Monitor and measure the performance of direct reports against operational and commercial targets to deliver our budgeted sales and GP

· Ensure all ER cases and people challenges are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner, utilising PDPs where necessary

· Lead change in the Region to support implementation and delivery of all Company initiatives, role modelling and championing our Snowfox values at all times

· Effective use of People Metrics from your People Partner to develop and evaluate the Regional Talent and People Plan, whilst actively supporting the reduction in team turnover and improving 90 day retention

· Maximise internal and external relationships to influence and gain commitment to the Regional Business Plan

· Develop and maximise effective working relationships across various stakeholder groups aligned to Snowfox culture and values

Commercially Driven

· Develop the quarterly Regional Business plan to set out targets for all sites within your region

· Utilises a data led approach to business management, taking informed decisions from historical information

· Analyse profit data and insight in order to identify positive and negative trends, taking timely action to address loss and set Regional priorities to achieve bottom line target

· Control food, labour and variable costs in our corporately owned sites, which are in line with budget and ensuring all tools and processes are correctly deployed to deliver the Regional Business Plan

· Motivates Franchisees to deliver LFL Sales growth driving value for both the Franchisee and Snowfox, and provide guidance on the optimal way to run their business.

· Successfully manage the regional P&L and manage annual budgeting in order to deliver efficiencies and cost savings to the business

· To identify and make recommendations for improvement at site level and develop consistent and clear ways of working

· Ensure effective delivery and implementation of new initiatives through the company marketing plan to the required standards in kiosks.

· Deliver required quality standards and correct execution of product, environment, experience, financial, safety and risk compliances across the brand and estate.

· Support with the transition of any site moving from corporate to franchise owned

GENERAL:

· To deliver the successful opening and ongoing operation of new kiosks within your Region

· Contribute to the success of the business by carrying out any reasonable request from your manager, including participation in project work where applicable

· Ensure impeccable brand standards are adhered to in your kiosks, with a particular focus on product availability and quality.

· Provide insight, feedback and recommendations to the Regional Director in order to influence the direction of Operations and the Business strategy

· Deliver against any allocated projects on time, and to standard

· Utilise operational knowledge to deliver a budget beating performance

· Demonstrates an ability to lead individuals and teams through change, providing clarity of direction to their direct reports and wider team

· Demonstrates an ability to prioritise personal workload to ensure that they deploy their time to provide the highest value for our business

· Maintains a robust operational knowledge of our kiosks,

· Always acts with discretion and maintains company confidentiality at all time

· On request will deputise for the RD when they are out of the business

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours:

· Previous experience in a multi-site role within Operations, having preferably worked in hospitality or retail

· Ability to utilise available data to inform decision making and drive performance

· Experience of remote leadership at scale – leading and line managing across multiple sites/spans of control

· Confident in ability to influence their team, the Snowfox Support team and our retail partners

· Demonstrable organisation skills and ability to plan for the short, mid and long term

· Ability to implement successfully new business initiatives thoroughly and successfully

· Fully confident with financials and systems with an ability to demonstrate a thorough commercial understanding of multi site management.

· Experience in developing talent and succession
