Job description

We are looking for an experienced dog walker, but to only walk x1 dog every Saturday and Sunday 8-9am in Regents Park NW8 - you must live locally.

You are required to pick up the dog from the client’s house (on foot), and to walk for a duration of 1 hour around Regents Park - including to play.

Being a dog walker is incredibly rewarding, a lot of fun, and certainly not your average job. However it requires dedication, a positive and consistent attitude, alongside having excellent customer service and communication skills.

You should have dog handling experience and excellent problem-solving skills when working with animals. You would be expected to communicate with the owners to build a professional relationship.

You may also be expected to help with other occasional walks across the company, including pet sitting requests at our client homes (day/overnight).

The role would suit an individual who has plenty of free time and enjoys the outdoors, in all weather conditions.

Maximum weekly hours: 2 hours

Days: every Saturday and Sunday

Pay: £12 an hour/per dog walk (1 hour)

Pay: £24 a week

Paid: Monthly (£96)

YOU MUST:

-Be available every Saturday and Sunday 8-9am

-Be aged over 21

-Be DBS checked

-Be physically fit

-Be self-employed

-Have dog handling experience

-Commit to a minimum of 6 months

-iPhone user with sufficient data (to use our app)

-Non-smoker

-Be confident to walk dogs on/off the lead

-Be experienced with various sized dogs, and have an understanding of dogs and their behaviour

-Enjoy outdoor walks, in all weather conditions
