About the role
You’ll provide administrative support to the Excellence Network team to maximise its reach and impact. The Parkinson's Excellence Network brings together health and social care professionals to transform care for people affected by Parkinson's.
You’ll support the smooth running of Excellence Network activities and programmes, providing administrative support to the Associate Director, national programme leads and other members of the team as required.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director, national programme leads and other members of the team as required
- Schedule and attend meetings, circulate agendas, take minutes and record actions
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments for team members as required
- Act as the point of contact in relation to Excellence Network queries via telephone and email, involving colleagues as appropriate
What you'll bring
- Excellent IT skills including the ability to use a variety of software packages to manage data, produce documents and presentations
- Experience coordinating virtual meetings using software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
