What does this role involve?
Working closely with the Group Recruitment team, you will play an integral part in sourcing new talent to join our sales department’s at Utilita.
Day to day you will:
· use your creative skills to create new and engaging job adverts;
· facilitate on site assessment centres to help identify potential candidates;
· build key relationships with internal/ external stakeholders;
· shortlisting candidates for potential roles;
· scheduling interviews for hiring managers;
· communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide interview feedback;
· administer the recruitment process, conducting right to work checks and raising new starter information for HR and IT;
· record and provide insightful data on recruitment activity.

Your exceptional communication skills will help provide a first-class service to both candidates and hiring managers.
Your administration skills and keen eye for detail will ensure information is recorded and filed correctly.
You will join an experienced team who cover all aspects of recruitment, so you will always have support as you develop in the role.
