About us
ROADSTREAM.IO LIMITED is a small business in Leicester. The Company has an in-house team of software engineers that have developed a video streaming platform for, predominantly, vans and trucks.
Having started actively selling 12 months ago, it has won contracts with some high-profile household names and it's now time to build a solid sales team (starting with one) to formalise its customer onboarding approach.
Every company that operates vehicle fleets can benefit from the use of ROADSTREAM.IO's product, and most that install our products into one vehicle go on to install into the whole fleet, so commission opportunity from account growth is good.
It's very early days for the company, but the signs of healthy growth are there, and the company really hopes the right people can actively contribute to the future of the business.
THE JOB:
You'll be making introductory B2B calls and videos in-line with daily outbound targets; all with a view to scheduling product demonstrations where you'll be on camera giving effective product demonstrations; and ultimately closing sales.
You'll be given the equipment, training, and environment to make you as efficient and effective as possible; helping you make the most of your time to earn the most commission possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
No special educational background is necessary.
SKILLS:
Listening - You'll have really strong listening skills, making clients feel listened to and really understand their needs to find the fit with our product. You'll be able to come across as professional, approachable, and articulate. You'll be able to speak comfortably with Fleet Managers, Transport Managers, Small Business Owners at both operational and director level.
Technology - You'll be using MS Teams, presenting from your computer, and communicating via various online media whilst on camera, so somewhat mid-level tech skills are necessary to deliver awesome product demonstrations.
EXPERIENCE:
You'll have some B2B sales experience, certainly enough to know how to initiate a conversation with potential clients.
ATTITUDE:
We're looking for someone that focuses on following the lead generation process and wants to hit targets above all else.
