At Infor, we are looking for an Account Manager to join the SunSystems Industry Business Unit within Compass. The SunSystems Industry Business Unit within Compass is generating significant year on year growth performance. This is being provided largely by the recent successful launch of SunSystems MT Cloud and both the desire of existing customers to transition to this and the new business growth that has resulted from this launch. We are now seeking an experienced Account Manager with relevant experience of core financial systems, preferably SunSystems. To develop and implement strategies to generate revenue from existing customers and also have responsibility for new business within designated regions. The Account Manager is expected to manage all opportunities into the designated existing customers. Develop a solution strategy that will generate new Licence, Service and Support revenue for Infor.
The Account Manager is expected to maximise the revenue from customers plus grow new business in the region. The business focus is around SunSystems core financials, with some EPM and Expense Management, or other Infor edge applications sold in conjunction with SunSystems. Some knowledge of these products would also be a benefit.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Main focus will be to sell SunSystems solutions into the base/new business plus d/EPM and XM on premise and in the Cloud.
- Meet or exceed License targets.
- Prospecting for opportunities for new business customers.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Work with Marketing, Telemarketing and Inside Sales and cross sell teams to drive business.
- Disseminate product information to prospects/customers as necessary.
Required skills:
- Proven track record in sales in selling Financial systems.
- Know-how of cloud solutions.
- Analytic and strategic strong thinking, execution and messaging.
- Ability to sell at all levels within the business.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix organization.
- Ability to work with internal systems and to maintain an accurate forecast online.
- Ability to work with multiple customers/prospects of all sizes.
- Well organised and self-directed, strong team player/contributor.
- Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts.
- Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in English is essential.
