Job title: Recruitment & Operations HR Advisor

Location: Warton/Hybrid

Salary: £52,084

What you’ll be doing:

• A vital role in operational resourcing support, contributing to the smooth flow of operations
• Forging enduring and effective relationships with stakeholders, propelling project delivery, and supporting capability development
• Designing and executing strategies to bolster operational efficiency and simplify processes
• Overseeing functional operating processes, ensuring smooth and flawless operation
• Guiding hiring managers in creating compelling job advertisements
• Acting as a Point of Contact for the performance team
• Managing functional resource tasks including, but not limited to, offer and feedback management, as well as handling queries
• Collaborating closely with HR/Resourcing Subject Matter Experts

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience of Recruitment/Resource processes
• Experience of offer management, negotiations and recruitment practice
• Business acumen and understands strategic planning with the skillset to be able to explore options and challenge existing practice

This dynamic role, primarily based in our bustling Warton site, offers a perfect blend of resource management, stakeholder interaction, and process transformation. The position also presents an excellent chance for occasional travel to support various assignments and projects.

As a valued member of our Resource Cell, you’ll take charge of preserving our robust recruitment and interview process, contributing towards operational efficiency, internal business performance, and transformation initiatives. Your broad responsibilities will span across multiple domains, making your role not just versatile but also significantly impactful.
