We have an exciting opportunity for a HR MIS Team Leader to manage our small HR Systems Team, working closely with the wider HR team to deliver support across the organisation. This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week and is home-based with occasional travel to our Preston Office.

About the Role:
This role is home-based with occasional travel to our Preston Office.
As a HR MIS Team Leader you will play an integral role in our People Services- HR team that delivers a first-class service across the full range of HR activities to our national operational teams. You will be:
- Leading, developing & motivating our small HR Systems Support Team.
- Supervising all day-to-day HR system administration ensuring service level agreements are achieved.
- Working closely with the wider HR team to streamline administrative processes &improve HR systems.
- Overseeing ongoing system administration, identifying, testing and implementing improvements & updates.
- Supporting product releases, creating procedure documents & user guides to assist system users.
- Responsible for providing people-related information & reports in-line with GDPR & ISO27001 requirements.
You will need:
- A methodical & organised approach to work, with the ability to motivate & develop others.
- An understanding of key transactional HR procedures such as recruitment, absence management & payroll
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach, able to build relationships with both internal & external partners.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel to an advanced level, experience working with HR Systems ideally IRIS Cascade
