- £31,500 - £36,500 p.a
- Permanent, Full time
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment/Resourcing Officer to join a fantastic non-profit organisation based in Southwest London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising resource allocation and planning across the organisation. You will need to accurately assess and manage business needs, providing an end-to-end service which gives support across absence, retention, vacancies, and temporary resources.
Job Duties include (but are not limited to)
- Work closely with own team and other parts of the organisation to determine resourcing needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Utilise data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment metrics
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards and procedures.
- Keep recruitment systems up to date and provide ongoing training to users
Job Criteria
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methods.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
