- Recruitment Officer
- Southwest London - Hybrid
- £31,500 - £36,500 p.a
- Permanent, Full time
- Work closely with own team and other parts of the organisation to determine resourcing needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Utilise data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment metrics
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards and procedures.
- Keep recruitment systems up to date and provide ongoing training to users
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methods.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
