Job description
As a Motability Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales and securing repeat customers through product knowledge and long term relationship building.For this position we require a passionate, enthusiastic professional who has excellent customer and communication skills.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent customer service; listening to customer requirements & providing solutions to their needs.
Ability to achieve personal and team KPIs
Ability to provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding finance and insurance products available.
IT proficient and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
A good team player as well as the ability to work on your own.
Ability to complete all required Motability/Dealership administrative functions, record keeping, clerical activities etc.
Excellent time management skills
Have at least one year’s previous experience in a customer face to face environment, previous experience within the Motor Trade is preferable, however not essential
A full driving licence is essential, as driving duties are involved in this role.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the line manager.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Full valid driving license required
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Positive, confident, determined approach
- Driven to meet targets
- Time management skills
- Have at least one year’s previous experience in a customer face to face environment, previous experience within the Motor Trade is preferable, however not essential
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English or equivalent
