Reporting into the Group HR Director, the successful Recruitment Officer will fulfil the 360 recruitment cycle for a wide range of positions across the group and head office. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working individual to develop their career as a Recruitment professional within a growing, Hotel group.




Main Duties:


  • Manage the 360 recruitment cycle for varied positions across the group
  • Write adverts for the media advertisement
  • Daily management of our Applicant Tracking System (Harri), posting roles, adding users and general upkeep/improvements
  • Promoting The Stafford London as an Employer of Choice within the Industry
  • Attend Recruitment Fairs to promote the culture of the hotel and the opportunities
  • Ensure an engaging and positive recruitment journey for all candidates
  • Train and guide hiring managers on effective recruitment & selection methods and the importance of a positive candidate journey

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience recruiting within Hospitality, for a recruitment agency or in-house operation
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and hands on
  • Excellent communication skills, able to speak with candidates and manage multiple relationships
  • Great presentation and the ability to represent the group effectively
  • Have passion and understanding for Hospitality

Experience:


  • Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
