Financial Analyst
Salary: £35,700.00 per annum, with total package of up to £42,000 (bonus and pension)
Location: Cannock or london with Hyprid working (3 days at home)

What you'll be doing;
You will be part of an Analytics Team of technical, innovative and strategic thinking people that all work effectively both as a team and individually.
- Financially appraise new and existing customer contracts
- Develop winning pricing strategies and bid solutions for tender models and renewals
- Forecast future sales results, maintain accurate sales data and help drive CRM adoption
- Supporting the sales leadership team through data-driven decisioning to identify new commercial opportunities
- Leading data and report development projects such as certified datasets and Azure migrations
- Driving sales strategy by analysing sales performance metrics/KPIs and improving win ratios, profitability, retention and growth of our commercial sales
With such customer, market, geospatial and operational data at our fingertips - creativity and innovative thinking is highly promoted and encouraged. You will be given opportunities to present your ideas to the Business Development Analytics Manager which, if approved, would allow you to continue to work on your own projects alongside more senior members within the team.
What we're looking for;
- Analytical nature, critical thinking and an astute commercial acumen
- Working knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and Power BI including report development and the ability to analyse complex datasets
- Problem solving abilities and extensive communication and presentation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational, stakeholder and time management skills
- An understanding of the sales process and Salesforce/CRM systems would be advantageous
