Recruitment Manager - Full time OR Part Time Job Share
Hybrid - home based with weekly working with wider team in Glasgow HO (approx 1-2 days per week)
Circa £40k + company bonus, annual leave purchase, private health care + more!
Due to internal progression The Avidity Group is looking for an inspirational Recruitment Manager to lead a small fun team of recruiters in our ongoing search for great talent.
The Avidity Group is a dynamic business and with ongoing growth we continue to recruit for both permanent positions and high volume seasonal campaigns to work alongside & represent our clients who are some of the best known brands. These include Budweiser Brewing Group, Red Bull, Unilever, PepsiCo and Microsoft.
This is the perfect role for you if you have experience of managing a small team of recruiters and are looking for a new opportunity which will challenge you and provide lots of opportunity for career development. You will be confident in using social media to engage with potential candidates & driving a pipeline of applications through this medium.

You will ideally be based in central Scotland as this is a hybrid role, with at least 1-2 days in the Glasgow office. This is usually a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday spending time with the team.
- This role is fast paced and has multiple senior stakeholders, so there will always be a demand for your time therefore you must be comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders & competing priorities.
- You will coach and help focus the recruitment team on current priorities and co-create a plan with the Group People Director for the continued evolution of the recruitment function to help meet future demands.
You would report directly to the Group People Director and be involved in strategy setting and the design of the future people agenda. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for a team of c6 recruiters.
