We have an exciting new opportunity for a proven sales person who is looking for a new venture in the healthcare industry.

Have you previously worked in a 360 recruitment role where you’ve had to source clients as well as candidates? Have you worked in Sales or Recruitment and you’re looking for a new exciting venture? Then this role could be perfect for you.

We’re looking for an excellent Recruitment and Sales Executive to source clients and build long term professional relationships.

Contract: Full-Time role working from home.

We have sales meetings that all staff attend at our London office once a month. If you prefer working from an office full time or a few days a week, you can work at one of our offices which is closest to you - either Crewe, Worksop, Folkestone or Fulham.

Hours: Flexible working hours

Salary: Base salary of £30,000 £35,000 base salary (based on experience) and a realistic OTE of £60,000 per year.

Role purpose: To work closely with our Senior Recruitment Executive in acquiring new business and build strong relationships with decision makers for care providers in all areas of the UK as well as selling the ethos, culture, beliefs and purpose of Health Works to all care providers.

What you’ll be doing; We’re currently working with amazing Care Managers who will work for our clients in the UK. Your role will be to manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from contacting the leads we have, create a professional relationship with them, attract and then source the candidates to fill the Care Manager vacancies.

What we’re looking for;

  • A Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally with 360 recruitment experience
  • Someone who has an entrepreneurial flair.
  • You love nurturing leads and the thrill of sales.
  • Someone who is target driven and enjoys closing deals.
  • You’re naturally a likeable person who is looking for a successful career path.
  • A proven sales person who is able to work in a commercial environment and has a history of meeting KPI’s in a sales environment. Ideally you will have a healthcare background, but this isn’t essential.
  • You’re a positive person with an amazing outlook to building relationships with people. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and thrive on converting leads into sales.
