Job description
Salary: Hourly rates £12.50 - £13.50
Location(s): Bolton
Working Hours: 11hrs per week minimum (Friday & Saturday)

Duties whilst on shift:
- Controlling entry & exit points
- Assessing the suitability of customers and checking identification
- Physical searches
- Monitoring the capacity of the venue ensuring it is operating safely
- Dealing on occasions with emergency services and licensing authorities
- Incident reporting
- Patrolling the venue and monitoring the suitability of customers already inside (You may also need to ask customers to leave and on occasion, you may need to use physical intervention).
About you, what we require:
- Previous experience working as a door supervisor in a busy venue
- Be available every Friday & Saturday
- Ability to stay level-headed with good decision making
- Ability to spot security risks and always stay vigilant whilst on duty.
- An excellent working ethic and the ability to work with a smile on your face
- Have strong verbal communication skills
- An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills (you will be the face of Equipt)
