We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to become one of them, and to help us find them. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to ensure a pipeline of great candidates for open and upcoming positions.
  • Providing industry benchmarking for new roles
  • Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assisting with assessment and interviews.
  • Coordinate schedules between candidates and line managers, follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Working to improve the recruitment process for all involved, from candidates to managers.
  • Work with external recruiters when needed
  • Assist in planning and implementing onboarding for new employees

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise
  • Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and credible relationships with all levels of staff and candidates
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a can-do flexible approach.

Salary: £33,000-40,000 (DOE)
