Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to ensure a pipeline of great candidates for open and upcoming positions.
- Providing industry benchmarking for new roles
- Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assisting with assessment and interviews.
- Coordinate schedules between candidates and line managers, follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Working to improve the recruitment process for all involved, from candidates to managers.
- Work with external recruiters when needed
- Assist in planning and implementing onboarding for new employees
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise
- Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and credible relationships with all levels of staff and candidates
- A proactive, positive attitude and a can-do flexible approach.

Salary: £33,000-40,000 (DOE)
