Recruitment Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

We're working with a globally recognised organisation in central London that is looking for help with their pre-boarding and onboarding of a significant number of graduates and interns.
You will be responsible for:
- Regular conversion calls with new joiners
- Dealing with candidate queries
- Support activity to host events
- Creating and implementing a communication plan with incoming new joiners:
- Reminders of what is needed next e.g. submit payroll docs like p45, new joiner forms, completing sterling and identity checks etc
- Welcome communications - congratulate candidates, remind them to submit any missing documents, sending across links
- Look after pre-employment screening process with the team – regular connects and oversight, and escalate to Operations team as needed
- Responsibility for offer audits in line with deadlines
- Conduct right to work verifications for incoming intakes – virtual and in person
- Host online chats with offer/support
- Facilitate at experience days and assess if required
- Process offers of employment via ATS and over the phone
- Conduct final interview feedback calls
Initially this role is a 5 month FTC, with a strong possibility of a further extension or a permanent role within Caraffi and our other clients.
