Job description
Lignacite are a Concrete Block manufacturer, based in Brandon and Nazeing, supplying the Merchant, Building Contractor, and Housing Developer Channels within the Construction Industry. Our markets are East Anglia, London and the South East.
We are looking for an office-based person to join our team responsible for the administration of sales orders coming into our Brandon site. These will be through phone or email, requiring you to use our Microsoft based system to pass through to haulage and confirming all details back to the customer.
You will part of a small team of four, reporting to the Sales office Manager. Working in conjunction with the wider Haulage, Quoting and Sales teams, ensuring we maintain best in industry customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails.
- Administrating orders onto the system.
- Confirming all orders back to customer.
- Being our first line face of the Lignacite business.
Education and Training:
- Must have achieved a GCSE grade of C or above (or equivalent) in Math’s and English.
- Able to speak and write English fluently.
- Training will be provided in the use of our system and customer database.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
