One permanent and one fixed term contract for 12 months
We are looking for two Recruitment Consultants to support our hiring managers in attracting a diverse range of candidates for roles across the full range of council services.
Working in our in-house recruitment team, you will take the lead on maximising our social media channels to increase our profile as an employer, and using using all channels available, proactively search for relevant candidates to apply for a range of roles, primarily those that are deemed hard to fill. You will advise hiring managers on the recruitment process, assist them in using our Applicant Tracking System and make recommendations on advertising strategies and making the most of digital media.
You will be able to think of innovative ways of finding talent to join the organisation, particularly for our hard to fill roles, whilst promoting our vision of being an employer of choice. You will also conduct pre-employment clearances for our candidates to ensure compliance of all our new starters, issuing contracts of employment and setting them up on the HR/payroll system.
Interviews will take place on 4th and 5th May 2023.
