Recruitment Consultant specialising in Marketing, Communications, Sponsorship, Commercial and Sports based roles for globally recognisable brands in London and across the UK.
My client is an established recruitment consultancy, with a wide network of clients in Marketing, PR & Sports Marketing in London, finding careers for people within the UK and around the world.

The main function of the successful recruitment consultant will be –
- To create professional and productive professional on-going working relationships with both candidates, clients and colleagues
- Maintain the reputation of the business as respected industry leader in the market place
- Source and interview candidates via 360 degree recruiting
- Successfully develop new business and grow existing key accounts
- Visiting clients and taking consultative approach to taking on new roles, gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and USPs
- Agreeing terms of business with clients and facilitating placements
- Ensure all activity is recorded and compliant with GDPR
The recruitment consultant –
- Will ideally have experience of sourcing candidates across all or some of the relevant sectors being recruited for, including Marketing, Communications, PR, Sports
- Should be organised, enthusiastic, ambitious, tenacious and methodical within their role
- Have a strong interest in PR / Communications / Marketing / Digital / Sponsorship and Sports
- Be resourceful and resilient, capable of hitting and exceeding targets
- Demonstrate previous billings and an awareness of how to deliver a “best in class” service at all times
