Zee Recruitment is looking for a Recruiter with at least 2 years experience!
The Position:
We are looking for a Recruiter to help us find the right people for our various positions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a recruiting strategy to recruit new talent. The ideal candidate will have experience finding and developing relationships with potential candidates, as well as the ability to maintain high levels of confidence in front of a computer screen. This position will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a candidate database, as well as managing all communication with candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others. They will also have the ability to think strategically and act in the best interest of the company and its employees.
Duties include:
- Developing a recruitment strategy that includes recruiting plans, interviewing methods, hiring processes, and other recruitment strategies
- Conducting phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to find the best candidates
- Identifying key hiring managers and building rapport with them
- Creating job descriptions and preparing recruiting materials such as job descriptions, job offers, compensation packages, etc.
- Conducting interviews using different types of screening tools (e.g., phone interview, behavioral interview, etc.)and other recruiting tools
- Assessing candidates’ qualifications using various assessment tools such as aptitude tests, criminal background checks, reference checks, etc.
- Providing feedback on the results of the interviews with candidates (e.g., skill levels, competencies, etc.)
- Building rapport with potential candidates by building rapport with all your employees and creating an employee engagement culture
- Maintaining a clear understanding of your recruitment process and communicating any issues or concerns to management team or leadership
- Assisting management in any other tasks assigned by management team or leadership
Skills:
·Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - required for this position. This includes strong written communication skills as well as strong listening skills. Strong oral communication skills are also required. Ability to effectively manage conflict is also needed along with strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills are also needed along with strong time management skills. Ability to work independently is also required along with strong self-motivation skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality is also required. Ability to work well under pressure while still being able to maintain confidentiality is also required. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining high standards of confidentiality is also required. Ability to maintain confidentiality is also required. Ability to follow instructions from managers without question is required. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors without question is required..
Hybrid: 2 or 3 days a week in the office (after 1 month). First month 5 days a week in office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,663.00-£25,584.00 per year
