UMATR are a successful technical recruitment company founded in early 2021 created to provide a platform for high performance recruiters. Within our environment we have numerous trainees who have joined us in 2022 with no experience, expected to earn 100k plus in 2023, and some of those individuals have already secured 5-figure paycheques in the last few months.
Specialist within a niche, we now operate across 24 countries with brands such as ITV, Sky, Hopper, eBay, and many more.

We are looking for equally ambitious recruiters and leaders to join us on this journey either in our London HQ, Dubai, or the USA.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 months to 6 years (opportunity at all levels)

Salary: £65,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
