We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London who's driven, ambitious, and wants to be a part of a growing IT company!

Your core responsibilities will include:
· Being responsible for finding the best engineers on the market.
· Sourcing, interviewing and screening candidates to identify the best candidates.
· Calling candidates to ascertain their current job search status, qualifying their attributes and skills to identify any opportunities we have for them as well as building strong and effective relationships with the clients and candidates.
· Market mapping potential companies to work with
· New business development
· Account management
· Arranging face-to-face interviews, conducting telephone interviews, designing and creating content for social media to attract inbound leads.
· Proactively using a variety of techniques to search job boards, social media and professional sites for relevant candidates and clients
About you:
· We are looking for recruitment consultants who have experience doing 360, BD and winning new clients.

Ideally we are looking for someone with 6-12 months delivery experience within a recruitment company with interest in technology.
Your core responsibilities will include:
