International Recruitment Consultant
Position Overview:
As a Global Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and placing top professionals from around the world. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks, to actively search and identify potential candidates in different regions and countries.
- Global Market Research: Conduct market research to understand sales trends, competitor landscapes, and industry insights in different international markets, aiding in the recruitment strategy.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify qualified candidates with relevant experience, language proficiency, and cultural fit for international clients and markets.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct screening interviews and assessments, via phone or through virtual platforms, to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural adaptability, and overall suitability for positions.
- International Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to attract the best professionals from different countries and regions.
- Client / Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients / candidates, ensuring a positive experiences and successful placements.
- Collaboration: Partner with the sales and HR teams to understand the specific needs and requirements for international positions and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in formulating competitive salary and benefits packages, and negotiate offers with selected candidates / clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes to the management team.
Skills Needed:
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, any internships or exposure to sales or recruitment processes will be beneficial.
- Sales Enthusiast: A genuine interest in sales and an understanding of the sales process and its unique demands in different global markets.
- Cross-Cultural Awareness: Ability to understand and appreciate cultural differences, facilitating effective communication with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients / candidates globally and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Networking Skills: Excellent networking skills to connect with potential candidates and industry professionals globally.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 2 years Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
