Terry’s are an established 50 year old company. We started selling on-line over 15 years ago and have become a market leader in the online home furnishings market. We are still family owned so every employee is hugely important to our company as are our customers. Our company has survived and flourished through repeating customers and recommendations.
We are looking for am organised and motived expereinced operations manage to join our team to hlep us delivery excellece for our customers.
Responibilities Include
- To oversee the delivery of an exceptional level of service for the customer whilst seeking and acting on feedback to make continual improvements to the customer experience
- Oversee independent reviews and customer satisfaction ratings and make recommendations to improve overall rating and benchmarking against competitors
- Ensure the business utilise a wide range of communication tools to meet the needs of our customers
- To introduce and promote a culture of customer awareness
- To question and challenge decisions which have a negative impact on our customers
- To oversee a Reduction in operating costs by constantly reviewing policy for good will gestures and compensation.
- Adopt a strategic approach to technical requirements that promote easier access for both customers and users, and deliver on cost savings in the long term
- Constantly review 3rd party contracts to ensure our agreements are relevant and priced for the current business.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement encouraging simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountabilityAct as a role model in displaying company values in all activity and communication and drive employee engagement
- Set and constantly review KPI’s and targets to achieve maximum performance of teams and challenge teams if there is a shortfall in service
- Ability to refocus plans when necessary, adopting a fast and flexible approach to the tasks to ensure that the required momentum to achieve change is maintained
This is a challeging role for the right candidate and will allow growth internally as the business continues to modernise itself in the current changing business environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
