Shift pattern: Monday - Friday Rotational 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 (Must be flexible to cover)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To understand the impact of Brexit on the current movement of goods across UK-NI-ROI borders & the additional procedures that the haulage industry will be required to inculcate into their current processes.
- To keep up to date on any Brexit updates from government and interpret impact from a local perspective
- Provide a high level overview by documenting key changes and and changes to local processes which are required
- Updating DHL and Government portals for improt/export declarations and liaising with Customers&Haulier with important detail for consignments

- Ability to manipulate, analyse and report large volumes of data
- Strong knowledge of IT development systems
- Strong project and process management capabilities
- Commercial awareness and customer orientation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Visio is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customs function is preferable
- Knowledge of end to end customs process is an advantage
- Retail experience is desirable
- Cross border thinking by leveraging DHL capability outside of BU or sector
- Deep and broad understanding of the logistics and Supply Chain industry within Ireland
- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain or logistics industry a distinct advantage
