Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 1+ Years Contingent or executive Search experience
- Consistent and growing billings and performance throughout their career
- A minimum of a 2.1 university degree from a top university.
- The ability and confidence to successfully communicate with individuals at C Suite level.
- A results focused outlook; someone who is motivated by the relationship between result and reward
- Critical thinking and proactive problem solving; the ability to quickly assimilate information from a wide variety of sources, coupled with a tenacious approach to project execution
- Resilience; experience of overcoming obstacles to achieve results
- A self-starting nature; someone who is effective operating autonomously and with minimal guidance
The Client
Our client operates across several different sectors including the financial services, technology, and data industries. Previously they have placed with top companies including IBM, Vodafone and Spotify.
Our client is currently looking for several Associates to join their London office. The successful candidates will be rewarded with early responsibility, opportunities for international travel, and rapid progression. The Associate role is the first step on the career development journey, which culminates in the opportunity to become a Partner at the firm.
The Role
Your role will be to contribute to the successful assessment and delivery of senior level talent for our client partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting primary and secondary research, Market mapping and analysing the industry
- Building a network of senior talent and thought leaders within these markets, and being able to identify, access, track and engage candidates.
- Preparing and producing client reports with a focus on human capital, and execute project specific analysis where required
- Supporting colleagues across the team with search execution and business development as needed
