Marketing Specialist, Creative

About the role
Reporting to the Creative Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to work closely with our Ecommerce/DTC teams to execute a range of design briefs for digital product assets and content across online platforms. The suitable candidate will also ensure the Osprey Europe Website looks premium, inspiring and visual engaging at all times and plan, liaise and brief external and internal content creators, photographers and videographers.
What you’ll do in the role
To keep a proactive overview of the visual merchandising of the Osprey Europe Website, ensuring:
· The website looks seasonally relevant and visually engaging
· Images and videos are created to populate the website with visual content
· All Osprey Europe regional homepages are kept up-to-date in line with the DTC content calendar
Asset Planning Creation:
· Maintaining regular contact with global colleagues
· Creating mood boards and briefing external photographers, videographers and agencies
· Hands on creation of regular photography and video brand content, both outdoor and studio based. Including creation of content for the Osprey Europe website
· Overseeing and assisting with the creation of assets for Paid & Organic Social Media to ensure all are produced on time and in line with content calendars. Working with our Creative Artworker and paid social agency to ensure assets are tested and meet targets
Asset Management:
· Editing video content
· Resizing and editing stills images
· Ensuring standards of image/video file naming and filing are maintained
· Maintaining an up to date, current and detailed knowledge of the entire Osprey line
What will help you do the job well?
Essential:
· 3+ Plus Experience in Graphic Design, Creative Content Production or similar
· Experience in design for Ecommerce
· Creative Digital Design Skills
· Planning, logistics and budgeting skills
· Adobe Creative Suite CC to include in Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Nice to have:
· Experience using a camera for both Photography and Video
