Recruitment Assistant
Position: 9 month Fixed Term Contract, 4 day working week (4 day working week for 5 days’ pay!)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Shepherds Bush), 1 day from home (Every Friday – non working day as standard)

The role:
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic team player with excellent relationship building skills to support the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment life-cycle as the company scales up and hires numerous roles over the forthcoming 9-12 months.
To succeed in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience of supporting recruitment in a fast paced environment and a passion for candidate management. You will be a strong collaborator/ team-player with bundles of enthusiasm and eager to learn and develop your skills. We have recently implemented a new ATS (Team Tailor) and maintaining accuracy within this system will be essential to the role.

This is a new role within our TA structure and will start as a fixed term contract but there is a potential for this to convert into a permanent role in the future.
What you will do:
- Assist with advertising open vacancies
- Manage applications via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Team Tailor) to ensure the integrity of candidate data
- Assist with the sourcing/headhunting of the passive candidates to enhance the candidate pool (using the LinkedIn Recruiter
- Support with shortlisting applications for junior roles
- Liaise with the candidates between interview stages, to schedule the interviews while ensuring candidates are kept up to date on the progress of their application and have an impeccable candidate experience.
- Coordinate the face-to-face interviews held in the office
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure candidates' applications are managed in a timely fashion (schedule interviews, provide feedback post-interview, guide agents to ensure the recruitment process is adhered to)
What you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR/ Recruitment role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrable experience using an ATS & Linked In Recruiter
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A passion for providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- A passion for travel and/or the events sector
