Job description
Key information
We are currently working with a hybrid working model, where there is the option of working from home combined with 4-12 days a month of working in the office.
About this role
Mental health is one of the most urgent issues facing young people today. At YoungMinds, we are leading the fight to make sure that all young people can get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant to help us achieve this.
Working closely with our recruiting managers, you will ensure that they receive an organised and effective recruitment service. You will support our candidates to ensure that they receive a memorable candidate experience, as well as progressing new starters through a seamless onboarding process.
We are committed to achieving an excellent introduction to our organisation for our new starters, which the Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant will help us to accomplish. Working collaboratively with managers, you will support them with their queries, issue contract variations and assist in managing the HR shared inbox. You will play a key role in the candidate and new starter experience as well as supporting our colleagues through the full employee cycle.
This is an exciting time to join the people and culture team as we now move to a new HRIS (HR Information System). You will provide support to managers to enable them to use and understand our new system (iTrent). You will be proactive in your approach to work and be able to manage and organise your workload to ensure that tasks are performed efficiently.

- awareness and understanding of AJEDI (anti -racism, justice, equality, diversity and inclusion) principles

We hope that you would like to join us at a very exciting stage of our growth and development. You will join a committed, lively team working together for positive change in children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
And what’s better than enjoying your work in beautiful surroundings and within our offices which are just a stone’s throw from the historic Tower Bridge!
